Welcome to Pasini Limited
Pasini was formed in 1998 by directors Paul, Simon, and Nik following the opening of their first bar in Colchester. Since then, the company has expanded its hospitality portfolio with additional venues in Colchester and Ipswich, including Three Wise Monkeys Colchester and Three Wise Monkeys Ipswich. In 2017, brewing operations were introduced through Other Monkey Brewing.
In 2011, Pasini Promotions was established to support the company’s marketing and digital presence.
Today, all three directors remain actively involved in the ongoing development of the business.
